3D printing: prototypes, functional parts and production series

Fused deposition modelling (FDM), in small and large format, with post-processing and finishing.

What we print

Validation prototypes, functional replacement parts, tooling, jigs, enclosures, brackets, decorative objects and production series of several hundred parts. We also print large-format pieces for sets, scenography and oversized parts in assembled sections.

No 3D file? Our 3D design & modelling service draws the part from your plans or sketches, or from an existing object via 3D scanning.

Available materials

From standard to technical filaments, chosen for the part's real use: mechanical strength, temperature, flexibility, outdoor exposure. Non-exhaustive list:

PLAPETGTPU (flexible)ABS / ASAPC (polycarbonate)PA (nylon)PETCarbon-fibre composites (CF)Glass-fibre composites (GF)Soluble supports

Not sure which material fits? Describe the part's use in your quote request and we will advise you.

Post-processing and finishing

A printed part can stay raw or be finished like a production part: cleaning, sanding, priming, painting, gel coat, assembly. We also do silicone moulding and epoxy resin casting to duplicate a part or obtain different materials.

How it works

1. Send your 3D file (STL, STEP, OBJ…) or describe your need via the quote form.
2. We confirm material, orientation and lead time, and you receive a quote.
3. Printing, optional post-processing, quality check, then pickup in Wépion or shipping.
